Buying a new sofa: what to confirm before ordering
The right sofa is one you can use comfortably and fit into your home. Before choosing the color, check the room, the delivery route and the details included in your order.
Measure the complete route
Record the furniture footprint and the clear openings along doors, corridors, stairs and lifts. Include space to turn large pieces. Share a room sketch and photos with the team when access is uncertain.
Check the seat and the sample
Compare seat height, depth and back support in person when possible. Review the selected fabric in suitable light and ask for its care instructions. A fabric’s name or a soft first impression does not prove long-term performance.
Review one final specification
Before payment, check the model, included pieces, dimensions, orientation, fabric, finish, complete price and expected timing. Distinguish a price per metre from the price of the whole configuration, and read cancellation and warranty terms.
