Delivered and installed in up to 15 business days from your order. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays. We agree the delivery day with you.

The threshold counts your whole order after discounts, before delivery. For example, an order with a bedroom set that comes to SAR 5,800 after discounts pays the delivery fee; at SAR 6,000 or more, delivery is free. A bed or dining table ordered on its own from a set page follows the same rule. Checkout shows the charge for your address before you pay.

Before delivery

  • Measure doors and corridors, lifts and stairs along the way in
  • Tell us about access restrictions before you confirm, such as building rules or lift bookings
  • Clear the room before the appointment so we can install straight away
  • Pieces may arrive separately; we agree each appointment with you

On the day

What installation includes

  • We carry every piece to the room, unpack it and take the packaging away
  • We assemble and place it: legs, backs, corner-sofa modules, beds and tables
  • We check each piece with you before we leave

If something arrives damaged

Three steps. We handle the rest

  1. Tell the installation team

    Point out the damage before the team leaves, so it is noted at handover.

  2. Take clear photos

    One of the whole piece and one close-up of the damage.

  3. Message us on WhatsApp

    Send your order number and the photos. We reply within 24 hours and agree the next step with you.

Will all my pieces arrive together?

Ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces may arrive separately. We agree each delivery appointment with you in advance.

How should I prepare for delivery?

Measure doors, corridors, lifts and stairs, and clear the room before the appointment. Tell us about any access restrictions before you confirm the order.

Do you deliver outside Saudi Arabia?

Not yet. We deliver and install across Saudi Arabia, and checkout accepts Saudi addresses. Delivery to the UAE is coming soon — message us on WhatsApp to join the UAE launch list or get a quote. From Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar or Oman, you can order for an address in Saudi Arabia.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Full refund if you cancel within 12 hours of ordering. To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Returns, cancellations & warranty

Can I return furniture?

Furniture can't be returned once it has been delivered and installed, whether it was made to order or ready to ship. You can change or cancel any order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or different from your order, tell us within 7 days with clear photos and we repair or replace it.
