How long will my order take?

Made to order: delivered in up to 15 business days. Ready-to-ship designs are usually delivered in 1–7 business days.

Business days are counted from your order, Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, so 15 business days is about three weeks. We agree the delivery day with you, and if anything could change it, we tell you first and agree a new day.

Are delivery and installation included?

Free delivery and installation across Saudi Arabia, except bedroom sets under SAR 6,000 and dining sets under SAR 3,000, where delivery is SAR 300. Installation is always included.

A bed or dining table ordered on its own from a set page follows the same rule. The limit counts your whole order after any discount. Bedside tables, wardrobes, dining chairs and other pieces sold on their own product pages are delivered free. Checkout shows any charge for your address before you pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Full refund if you cancel within 12 hours of ordering. To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

What warranty is included?

2-year workmanship warranty on every new KLIK piece; the fabric is not covered. Keep your original invoice, then send us your order number, a short description and clear photos, and we reply within 24 hours.
