Is the ready date my delivery date?
The ready date is an estimate for production or preparation. Your confirmed delivery appointment appears separately after the team arranges it with you.
Will all my pieces arrive together?
Pieces can become ready at different times. Tracking shows separate piece updates when the team records them. We confirm which pieces are included in each delivery appointment.
Why has the stage not changed?
The stage changes after the team confirms actual progress. Time passing or payment being completed does not mean production or delivery is complete. Contact us whenever you need the latest update.
