KLIK Decor («كليك للأثاث») sells furniture on klikdecor.com and in showrooms in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam.

These terms apply when you use our website or order from us online. Please read them with our Refund policy, Delivery policy and Privacy policy.

Prices

All prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT. Delivery and installation are free across Saudi Arabia, except bedroom sets under SAR 6,000 and dining sets under SAR 3,000, where delivery is SAR 300. Installation is always included. Checkout shows the full total before you pay.

Orders and payment

  • Pay with mada, Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay, or split the payment into 4 interest-free payments with Tabby or Tamara. Tabby and Tamara decide approval, and their plan terms show before you confirm.
  • When you press the pay button at checkout, you place your order and agree to pay for it. We then email you an order confirmation.
  • A quote request, a saved design or a design you send us is not an order and needs no payment.
  • Made a mistake in your order? Tell us within 12 hours of ordering and we correct it. Later changes depend on what is still possible, and any extra cost or time needs your approval first.
  • If we find an error in a price or a product detail, we tell you before your order leaves for delivery. You can then go ahead with the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund.

Made to order and ready to ship

  • Made to order: we make it for you in the size, fabric and finish you choose, and deliver it within 15 business days of your order.
  • Ready to ship: fixed sizes, usually delivered in 1⁠–⁠7 business days.

Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays.

Delivery and installation

We deliver and install across Saudi Arabia and agree the delivery day with you. Before delivery, measure your doors, corridors, lifts and stairs, and tell us about any access limits when you order. Full details: Delivery policy.

Cancellations and returns

  • Made to order: cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After that, your piece is being made, so the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Ready to ship: change or cancel within 12 hours of ordering. If you cancel, you get a full refund.
  • No returns after delivery: we treat furniture as used once it has been delivered and installed, so it cannot be returned.
  • Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered: tell us within 7 days of delivery, and we put it right with a repair or a replacement, not a refund.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of the confirmed cancellation. Full details: Refund policy, including no returns after delivery and faulty pieces.

Warranty

New KLIK furniture has a 2-year warranty on workmanship; the fabric is not covered. Keep your original invoice. How the warranty works

Photos, colours and materials

Photos and 3D previews show the design. Colours on screen can differ from the real fabric or finish, and natural materials can vary slightly from piece to piece. To see a fabric in person, visit one of our showrooms. We make what your order lists: the design, sizes, fabric and finish.

Your sizes and your designs

  • You choose the sizes in our 3D studio or give them to us. Check that the furniture fits your room and can pass through doors, lifts and stairs. Not sure? Ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
  • We make the furniture to the sizes in your order. If those sizes do not suit your space, that is not a fault in the furniture.
  • Send your design: when you send a photo or drawing, our team checks what is possible and confirms the specification, price and timing with you before production. A reference photo does not guarantee an identical result.
  • Only send photos and designs you have the right to share.

Using our website

Use the website lawfully. Its content, photos and 3D studio belong to KLIK Decor or its licensors. Do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

Personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for delivering furniture that matches your order and for the warranty above. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, and we tell you as soon as we know of one. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Saudi law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If we cannot settle a dispute together, the competent courts in the Kingdom decide it. If the English and Arabic versions differ, the Arabic version applies.
