Refund policy

The official delivery period from the production source is approximately thirty (30) days from the date of the manufacturing contract. This period may be increased or decreased depending on the design, fabric availability, and production requirements.

If the customer selects fabrics that are not available from the supplier, the customer must choose alternative colors according to the agreed price listed in the manufacturing contract.

The conformity rate for manufacturing any product based on an image or model ranges between 85% and 95% of the general appearance of the product.

The customer has no right to cancel the invoice/contract or modify the model after twelve (12) hours have passed from the time of placing the order.

If the goods are not received within thirty (30) days from the delivery date, the order will be considered canceled, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund of any payments made.

The goods are guaranteed by the factory for a period of two (2) years against workmanship defects, excluding fabric. The warranty will only be honored upon presentation of the original customer receipt.

This warranty applies only to new sofa sets and seating products. It does not include existing or old curtains, tables, upholstery, or other similar items.

In the event of a defect or technical issue with the product, KLIK Decor’s supervisors will repair the defect. The customer shall bear the shipping fees to the production region, while KLIK Decor will cover the fees for re-delivery to the customer’s address.
