Choosing a classic or neoclassical sofa set
Classic and neoclassical styles describe a look, not a fixed specification. Compare the decorative details with the seating comfort, size and care you need.
Balance the detail
Look at the arms, legs, back shape and visible woodwork. Decide which details you want to repeat in tables and lighting. An ornate frame can take up more room than the seat dimensions suggest.
Test the complete seat
Compare seat height, depth and back support in person where possible. Ask about the frame and upholstery construction. A traditional style does not establish a longer lifespan or lower maintenance requirement than a modern one.
Confirm the selected finishes
Review the actual wood or decorative finish and fabric sample. Check the dimensions and included pieces on one final specification. If you are adapting an inspiration photo, confirm the achievable details and quote before production.
