Accessibility at KLIK Decor
Everyone should be able to choose, design and order furniture with us, in Arabic or English, on a phone or a computer. Here is what works today, what we are still improving, and how to order with a designer’s help.
What works today
Made to be used by everyone.
We design and test the site against WCAG 2.2 level AA, in Arabic and in English.
- Arabic and English on every page, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic.
- Keyboard access to the menu, search, saved designs, filters, product photos and the cart, with a clear focus outline.
- Readable text in colours chosen for AA contrast, and pages that reflow when you zoom in.
- Large touch targets of at least 44 × 44 px on product pages (outside the 3D studio), in the cart and in the menu.
- Text descriptions for product photos; decorative images stay silent for screen readers.
- Less motion whenever your device asks for it, with page animations turned off.
Known limits
Where we are still improving.
The 3D studio
Some steps of designing in 3D need a mouse or touch, some of its controls are smaller than elsewhere on the site, and keyboard focus may not move into the studio when it opens or return when it closes. The 3D view has no text description yet. A designer can set up any design with you instead.
Some photo descriptions
Photos from customers’ homes and some older product photos have short or general descriptions.
Checkout and instalments
Checkout is provided by Shopify and our payment partners, including Tabby and Tamara, under their own accessibility standards.
Maps and social media
Directions and our social pages open on Google Maps, Instagram and other sites we do not run.
Assisted ordering
Order with the help of a designer.
Prefer to talk it through? One of our designers can do everything the website does, with you, at your pace.

Choose together
A designer helps you pick the design, check your measurements and choose the fabric.
Approve a written summary
We send the design, size, fabric and final price in writing, with photos, before anything is made.
Complete your order
We complete the order with you and keep you updated until delivery. Made to order: up to 15 business days after you approve your design.
We reply to every message within 24 hours, including messages sent outside showroom hours.
