Custom furniture starts with the way you want to use a room. Choose a KLIK model with the options available for that design, or send a reference image for the team to assess. Use this guide to prepare the information needed for a clear specification and quotation.

1. Choose the furniture and the layout

Shortlist sofas and sofa sets, corner sofas and majlis seating, bedroom sets or dining furniture. Note the number of pieces you need and how they will be used. For a different idea, send a reference for review; the team confirms feasibility before you commit.

2. Measure the room and delivery route

Measure the furniture footprint, mark doors and windows, and leave clear walking routes. For a sectional, sketch the long and short sides and agree the orientation with the team. Check doors, corridors, stairs and lifts along the delivery route as well as the final room.

3. Compare materials and included pieces

Review the sizes, fabrics and finishes available for the chosen model. Compare physical fabric samples when possible. 4. Check the complete price

The price depends on the model, dimensions, pieces, materials and selected options. A per-metre price is not the full price of a sofa or majlis arrangement. Review the complete configuration summary or written quotation, including delivery details and any project-specific requirements, before placing the order.

5. Confirm specifications and timing

Made to order: delivered in up to 15 business days from your order. Ready-to-ship designs are usually delivered in 1–7 business days. If your deadline is earlier, compare ready-to-ship furniture and confirm the delivery window for the item you choose.
