Furniture Care Guide
Protect the appearance, comfort and structure of your furniture with simple routines suited to everyday life in Saudi homes. Always follow the care label supplied with the selected fabric or finish, and ask KLIK Decor before using an unfamiliar cleaning product.
Upholstered sofas and chairs
- Remove surface dust regularly with a clean upholstery attachment on low suction.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry, colorfast cloth. Do not rub the spill into the fabric.
- Test any approved cleaner on a hidden area before treating a visible surface.
- Keep upholstery away from prolonged direct sunlight and strong heat sources where practical.
- Rotate and reshape loose cushions periodically when the product design allows it.
Wood and engineered-wood furniture
- Dust with a soft, dry cloth and wipe in the direction of the grain or finish.
- Use coasters, placemats and protective pads under hot, wet or sharp objects.
- Wipe spills promptly, then dry the surface. Do not leave standing water.
- Avoid abrasive pads, bleach, ammonia and unapproved polishes.
- Lift furniture when moving it rather than dragging it across the floor.
Before using a cleaning product
- Check the product care label and your order details for the selected material or fabric.
- Photograph the affected area before treatment if you may need service support.
- Ask the KLIK team when the stain, material or cleaning code is uncertain.
- Use the smallest amount of an approved product and test it in a concealed area.
Furniture near windows, air-conditioning and heat
Strong sunlight, concentrated heat and repeated temperature changes can affect color and finishes over time. Where practical, use curtains or blinds during the strongest daylight hours, leave ventilation space around the furniture and avoid placing it directly against a heater or air-conditioning outlet.
Workmanship warranty and service
New KLIK seating products include a two-year workmanship warranty; fabric is excluded. The warranty does not replace routine care or cover damage caused by misuse, unsuitable cleaning products, external impact or normal wear. Keep your order information and contact the team with clear photos if you need an assessment.
Delivery-day checklist
- Clear the route from the entrance to the intended room.
- Check doors, corridors, stairs and lifts before delivery.
- Inspect the furniture after installation and report a concern promptly.
- Keep the care information for the selected fabric, finish and configuration.
