Hala wraps a deep cushioned headboard in sheltering upholstered wings, a cosy, enveloping bed for a restful bedroom. Choose the pieces for your room and the fabric and finishes that suit it. The mattress and bedding are not included, and each piece can also be ordered on its own.

Questions before you order

When will I know my delivery date?Confirmed in writing before production starts

Made to order: delivered in up to 15 business days.

Business days are counted from your order, Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays, so 15 business days is about three weeks. We agree the delivery day with you, and if anything could change it, we tell you first and agree a new day.

Is the mattress included?

No. The set includes the pieces listed under Size and what’s included; the mattress is not included.

Can I buy the bed or a piece on its own?

Yes. In the 3D studio, choose Bed only and add just the pieces you need; every piece is priced on its own.

Are delivery and installation included?Free delivery and installation on this set

This set as pictured qualifies for free delivery, and installation is always included. The rule: Delivery 300 SAR · free from 6,000 SAR , based on your basket total after discounts. If you choose fewer pieces, any delivery fee shows before you pay.

Delivery is available across Saudi Arabia. Share any access restrictions before the appointment, and prepare the room and a clear route for the team.

Can I change or cancel my order?Full refund if you cancel within 12 hours

Full refund if you cancel within 12 hours of ordering. Once production starts, changes depend on what is feasible. To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Your statutory rights remain protected.

No returns after delivery: furniture is treated as used once it has been delivered and installed. If a piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we repair or replace it.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?On workmanship, fabric excluded

All new KLIK furniture has a two-year workmanship warranty. Fabric, existing or old curtains and reupholstery services are excluded. Keep your original receipt, then send your order number, a short description and clear photos. We reply within 24 hours.

It covers workmanship defects in new sofas, corner sofas, bedroom sets, dining furniture, tables, ottomans and every other new KLIK piece.

We assess the issue remotely first, then confirm the next steps and repair timing. If transport is needed for an eligible repair, you cover the outward journey and KLIK covers the return; we agree any cost with you in advance.
