Manufacturing takes up to 15 business days after written approval of the final specification and confirmation of website payment. Delivery follows production; we confirm your city’s delivery window before production starts. Any material substitution needs your written approval.

What is covered

Workmanship defects in new sofas, sectionals, bedrooms, dining furniture, tables and other KLIK furniture. Keep your original receipt; it is required for a claim.

Help when you need it

Send your order number, original receipt, photos and a description of the concern. We respond within 24 hours, assess the issue remotely first, and confirm the next steps and repair timing.

Fabric exclusion & repair transport

Fabric is excluded from the workmanship warranty. If transport is needed for an eligible repair, you cover the outward journey and KLIK covers the return. We agree the collection arrangements and any cost with you in advance.

Prices include VAT. Your selected size, materials, quantities and optional extras determine the final total. Review the configuration summary and any delivery charge before payment.

Changes & cancellation Contact us within 12 hours of payment

Contact us within 12 hours of payment for a change or cancellation. A custom order can be cancelled for a full refund before production starts; after that, changes depend on what is feasible. For ready-to-ship orders, we check dispatch status. Quotes and saved designs do not start the clock. Your statutory rights remain protected.

Care for the finish Keep the care guide for your material

Keep the care guidance for your selected material. Test any approved cleaning method on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid excess moisture, abrasive cleaners and direct heat; ask KLIK before using a new cleaning product.

How long will my order take?

Ready-to-ship furniture arrives in 1–7 business days, with delivery and installation.

Made-to-order furniture takes up to 15 business days to make after you approve the final specification and materials and website payment is confirmed. Before production we confirm the timing and your city’s delivery window in writing. If anything changes a date, we contact you with the reason and agree a new one.

Are delivery and installation included?

Yes for sofas, corner sofas, tables, chairs and other furniture: delivery and installation are free across Saudi Arabia. Bedroom sets deliver free from SAR 6,000, otherwise SAR 300. Dining sets deliver free from SAR 3,000, otherwise SAR 300.

The thresholds use your basket total after discounts, including LAMMA10, before tax and delivery. Checkout shows the charge for your address before you pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Ask for a cancellation or a change of model within 12 hours of placing a paid order. For made-to-order furniture, you can cancel for a full refund before production begins. Production starts only after you approve the specification in writing and website payment is confirmed.

Will my furniture look exactly like the photos?

Photos and 3D previews help you choose. Before production we send a dated specification for your approval, covering the model, pieces, dimensions, fabric name and code, colour and finish. That approved specification defines what we make.

Can I see the fabric or model before ordering?

Yes. Visit a showroom in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam. Message the team before you go to check that the model or fabric you want to see is on display.
