About the Floresna Corner Sofa

Floresna's rounded seat modules, individually padded backs and wrapped arm ends are now available made to order. Custom depth options range from 85 to 105 cm. The ready-made Floresna has a separately listed depth of 110–121 cm, so the two versions have different proportions.

Accent pillows and a matching pouf are optional and are included only when selected in your order review. Final production measurements and materials are confirmed before manufacture. It is made in the size you choose from the options on this page and in the fabric you pick, and our team confirms the final measurements with you before production. Before production we confirm your city’s delivery window in writing. If anything changes a date, we contact you with the reason and agree a new one.

Can I change or cancel my order?Full refund before production starts

Full refund if you cancel before production starts. Once production starts, changes depend on what is feasible. To change or cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Your statutory rights remain protected.

Eligible unused goods that were not made to order can be returned within seven days of receipt under Saudi e-commerce rules. Return costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. Contact us before arranging a return.

What does the 2-year warranty cover?Workmanship, fabric excluded

All new KLIK furniture has a two-year workmanship warranty. Fabric, existing or old curtains and reupholstery services are excluded. Keep your original receipt, then send your order number, a short description and clear photos. We reply within 24 hours.

It covers workmanship defects in new sofas, corner sofas, bedroom sets, dining furniture, tables, ottomans and every other new KLIK piece.

We assess the issue remotely first, then confirm the next steps and repair timing. If transport is needed for an eligible repair, you cover the outward journey and KLIK covers the return; we agree any cost with you in advance.
