Planning floor seating for a majlis
Floor seating changes the relationship between the seats, tables and room. Plan it around the people who will use the majlis and the way you serve guests.
Try the seating position
Compare the cushion depth, back support and ease of sitting down and standing up in person. Comfort is personal; a low seat or thicker filling is not automatically suitable for everyone.
Plan the tables and entrances
Choose table heights that work with the actual seating. Leave a clear route from the entrance and enough space for serving. Check the complete floor area used by the cushions and backs.
Confirm the details
Ask about the construction, cover care and whether the arrangement uses separate pieces. Review the selected dimensions and materials with the team. If ordering from a reference photo, confirm what can be reproduced before production.
