Every new KLIK furniture purchase comes with a two-year workmanship warranty. A clear promise, with a team you can reach.
Talk to the KLIK teamWorkmanship defects in new sofas, sectionals, bedrooms, dining furniture, tables and other KLIK furniture. Keep your original receipt; it is required for a claim.
Contact KLIK with your order number, original receipt and a description of the concern. Our team will review the issue and coordinate the applicable repair under the warranty terms.
Fabric is excluded from the workmanship warranty. For repairs under the published terms, you pay transport to the production region and KLIK covers delivery back to your address.

Allow up to 30 days for manufacturing after the final specifications and materials are approved and the required deposit is paid, subject to material availability. Delivery is arranged after production.

Delivery is available across Saudi Arabia. Share any access restrictions before the appointment, and prepare the room and a clear route for the team.
Delivery detailsKeep the care guidance for your selected material. Test any approved cleaning method on an inconspicuous area first. Avoid excess moisture, abrasive cleaners and direct heat; ask KLIK before using a new cleaning product.
Ask about material carePrices include VAT. Your selected size, materials, quantities and optional extras determine the final total. Review the configuration summary and any delivery charge before payment.
Pay in full with the card or wallet options shown at checkout, or check the available Tabby and Tamara plans. Instalment eligibility and terms are determined by the provider.
Review the published terms before ordering. For a change to an existing order, contact KLIK promptly with your order number; the terms restrict cancellation or model changes after 12 hours.
